Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Spinach or Kale (Feel free to add both)
  • 2 Bananas (Can be frozen)
  • 2 Cups Frozen Pineapple
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 1 inch piece Fresh Ginger (Peeled)
  • 1-2 Cups Water (Based on your preferred consistency)
