Easy Vegan Bean Dip

Equipment

  • 8 x 8 casserole dish

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Vegan Cream Cheese
  • 21 oz Can Vegan Baked Beans
  • 8 oz Vegan Cheddar Cheese Shreds
  • 1 Bag Tortilla Chips (I use Tostitos)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425℉
  • Pour the beans into a bowl or shallow dish and using a potato masher or fork, mash the beans until there are few whole beans left. Set aside.
  • Spread the cream cheese evenly into the bottom of a casserole dish.
  • Pour mashed beans evenly over the cream cheese.
  • Top the beans with vegan cheddar shreds.
  • Place the casserole dish in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until vegan cheddar shreds are melted.
